SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders from Italy
Orders from Italy will be delivered through UPS within approximately 1-3 business days. Thomas Neuman provides free shipping to ITALY.
International orders will be delivered through UPS Express within approximately 3-5 business days. A flat rate of 25€ will be charged for all international orders.
Pre order items will be shipped according to the estimated delivery date specified. Payment is taken at the time of purchase for pre orders.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your item must be in the original packaging. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes the shoe soles and boxes, so please be mindful of this when trying your shoes on at home.
If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify customer service within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
Unfortunately items on Sales cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping. Any returned items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
